How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Very. We roast your order and dispatch it within 24 to 48 hours. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days of roasting, well within the peak flavour window of 3 to 30 days post-roast.
What grind sizes do you offer?
We offer whole bean, espresso, filter (medium grind), cafetiere (coarse), and Aeropress grinds. Select your preference on the product page before adding to your basket.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free local delivery across Cheshire for all orders. UK-wide shipping is available with standard rates, and free on orders over a certain threshold.
Can I set up a regular delivery?
Yes. Our Coffee Club subscription sends freshly roasted coffee to your door every month. Choose your bag size and your preferred blend, and we handle everything else. Cancel anytime, no questions asked.
How should I store fresh roasted coffee?
Keep it in the sealed bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container. Avoid the fridge as moisture affects the flavour.
