We founded Creation Coffee with one goal in mind: to share exceptional small-batch, microlot coffee while genuinely supporting the farmers who make every cup possible — and to give back through every bag we roast.

At Creation Coffee, sustainability is more than a principle — it’s a promise. We work closely with growers through direct trade, ensuring farmers receive a fair and sustainable price for their coffee. Every bag represents a conscious choice to protect both people and planet, building a future where quality and care go hand in hand.
Our roasting process is as personal as our coffee. Each batch is hand-roasted in a traditional drum roaster in our log cabin at the bottom of the garden. This small-batch approach lets us bring out the full character of every origin — rich, balanced, and full of life. True craftsmanship, done the old-fashioned way.
Every coffee has a story — one that begins in the rich soils of distant farms, where generations of growers pour their skill and passion into every harvest. We source directly from producers who share our respect for the craft and the land, ensuring each bean reflects the care, culture, and connection of its origin.
