Everything you need to know before joining the Creation Coffee Club.
How often will my coffee be delivered?
You choose your delivery frequency at sign-up — weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You can change this at any time from your account, and skip a delivery if you've still got coffee left.
Can I choose which coffee I receive?
Yes. You select your preferred coffee and grind type when you subscribe. We'll roast exactly what you've asked for. If we introduce a new single origin we think you'll love, we'll let you know — but we'll never switch your coffee without telling you.
Is the subscription easy to cancel?
Completely. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account — no phone calls, no awkward questions. We'd rather you came back when the time is right than feel locked in.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Very fresh. We roast to order and dispatch within 48 hours of roasting. Most subscribers receive their coffee within 3–5 working days of their order being placed, meaning it arrives days — not months — after leaving the roaster.
Do you offer UK-wide delivery on subscriptions?
Yes — free UK delivery is included on all subscription orders. We ship to mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
What grind options do you offer?
We offer whole bean, espresso grind, filter grind and cafetière grind — all ground to order on dispatch day.
