Our Story

Creation Coffee wasn't born from a desire to start a coffee company.

It began with a realisation: long before people discovered coffee, roasted it, or brewed it, God had already created the coffee plant.

The opening chapter of Genesis describes a world filled with beauty, purpose and abundance — seed-bearing plants and fruit-bearing trees, given for food and flourishing. Coffee begins as one of those seeds, carefully grown, harvested and nurtured by people who steward the land. Every cup carries a trace of that original creativity and design.

Our role isn't to improve on that work, but to honour it — from the farmer who grows the crop, to the roaster who draws out its flavour, to the cup shared between friends.

That's why we chose the name Creation Coffee. Everything we do flows from that simple belief:

Great coffee begins with a great Creator.

How We Roast

We roast small batches in a traditional drum roaster in a log cabin at the bottom of the garden in Weaverham, Cheshire. No big factory. No cutting corners. Just careful attention to every roast, so the flavour built into each bean can shine.

Giving Back

Because coffee grows in some of the world's most vulnerable communities, we donate 10% of our profits to Compassion UK — a charity working directly with children in coffee-growing regions. When you buy from Creation Coffee, you're part of that chain of stewardship too.
